Delete your account and data

You don’t need the app installed to request this — this page works on its own.

Option 1: delete it yourself right now

If you can still log in, this is the fastest way — it deletes your account immediately, no waiting on a support request.

  1. Log in at reconlooppro.com/login
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Under “Delete account,” type DELETE to confirm

Option 2: request deletion without logging in

Email support@reconlooppro.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Either option permanently removes:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Uploaded bank statement data and Stripe/Xero sync history
  • Reconciliation reports
  • Stripe and Xero connections (and their authorizations, revoked on their end too)
  • Your subscription (any active plan is canceled first)

Support ticket history is kept for our own records but is no longer linked to your identity once your account is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for the full data handling explanation.
